Networking

This program of study is designed to give the student an overall level of competence in microcomputer applications and operating systems, but concentrates on the networking aspects of the physical networks, specifically the networking standards set by CISCO, as well as the management of network users and applications on the network servers.

Certifications

The A+ Certification is a industry non-proprietary hardware and software certification recognized by almost all information technology fields as the standard of competence in the management and maintenance of personal computers.
  The CNA certification is an industry indicator that the holder is able to manage and maintain a Novell based network operating system.
  The Network+ certification is an industry non-proprietary networking standards certification similar to the Cisco standards.
