Maintenance Director - Self-motivated individual to manage and conduct the maintenance of LATI campus infrastructure including mechanical, electrical, and structural needs. Position includes management of the custodial team, inventory control, supervising budgets, assisting in the planning for long-term campus needs, and supervising campus renovation. Assisting with campus security systems and promoting energy efficiency are included in the position. Knowledge of all types of building maintenance including boiler operations, heating systems (Johnson Controls), air-conditioning systems, plumbing, electrical, structural, and custodial desired along with excellent people skills.
