Prerequisite

Applicants are required to be a high school graduate or possess a GED.

Applicants must be a past graduate of a board approved dental assisting program of study at least one academic year in length or have written documentation from a licensed dentist verifying a minimum of one year current work experience (1500 hours)as a chairside dental assistant.

Applicants must show proof of CPR to the Health Care Provider Level

Computer Requirements

Having a computer that is operating on the latest operating system, with an efficient processor, adequate memory and storage space will greatly benefit your on-line learning. It is also very important to have an adequate internet connection to allow for more timely transmission of media content and file transfer ability. Dial up connections may make it very difficult or impossible to attain some of the program content.
