Alumni Association Mission Statement:

To establish and develop a connection between each graduate of Lake Area Tech.

Alumni Reunions & Gatherings

The Alumni Association is eager to assist Alumni who wish to organize a reunion for classmates of a given program. Please check under 'alumni register ' on our website for members of your class. Because of confidentiality issues, we are unable to release Alumni names and addresses of alumni not registered at 'alumni register' on our website. However, we will assist by mailing reunion information to alumni for you. Contact Brooke Bohls for more information.

Keep in Touch : Help us keep in touch with you by providing current address, employment changes, etc by clicking on the Contact Us link also, register at the alumni register on our website. With your help, we can keep an accurate database of Alumni for correspondence and regular newsletter mailings.

Lake Area Tech Alumni Key Chain. In honor of your class, send a gift in the amount of your graduation year and receive a LATI Alumni Key Chain as an expression of our gratitude. Your donation will be used to create additional scholarships for current and future students (Example: Class of 2002, send a check for $20.02).

Donations and Scholarships

Donations can be made to the Lake Area Technical Institute Alumni Association, 230 11th Street NE, Watertown, SD 57201. The Alumni Association is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization. Any donation you make may be deducted from your taxes if you itemize your tax return. Donations may be made in memory of a loved one or made to honor another. Alumni Stats

* 465 graduates on May 12, 2006, making the total number of LATI grads almost 15,465.

* 98% of last year's grads are employed with 85% of those in their training-related field

* 86% of those remained in South Dakota

* 42 Alumni are now members of the LATI Staff and Faculty
